Construction Site Energy Management™
In New England, there is an abundance of large ground-up construction developments ranging from 500,000 sq. ft. up to 2,000,000 sq. ft. These state of the art projects are all extremely energy intensive with the cost easily eclipsing a million dollars or substantially more per project.
Most developers and construction firms utilize their local utility (Eversource/National Grid) for their electric and natural gas supply on construction sites, the same standard service used by smaller companies who may spend only twenty-thousand a year. These firms are spending tens of millions of dollars annually without an energy strategy, and this was what inspired Port Energy to create Construction Site Energy Management™
